Easy Avocado & Feta Cheese Dip Recipe

( Serves 8 )
2 whole avocados (skin and pits removed)
3/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup white onion (chopped)
2 whole garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 whole jalapeño pepper (seeds and stem removed)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt (or 1/4 tsp kosher salt)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste mixture and add more salt and pepper, if desired.
- Transfer feta dip to an airtight storage container and chill in the refrigerator until ready to use. If serving immediately, transfer dip to a bowl and arrange on a serving platter with veggies and pita bread.
