Easy Avocado & Feta Cheese Dip Recipe

( Serves 8 )
2 whole avocados (skin and pits removed)
3/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup white onion (chopped)
2 whole garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 whole jalapeño pepper (seeds and stem removed)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt (or 1/4 tsp kosher salt)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste mixture and add more salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Transfer feta dip to an airtight storage container and chill in the refrigerator until ready to use. If serving immediately, transfer dip to a bowl and arrange on a serving platter with veggies and pita bread.
